The Person Behind the Practice
Hi, I’m Michelle.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist(R-ATR) . I’m passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to better understand yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate traditional talk therapy with creative expression through art when it feels helpful. You don’t need to be “artistic”—just open to exploring new ways of processing and healing. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
Meet Lane
Lane is my therapy dog in training, bringing a calm and comforting presence to the practice as he learns and grows. With his gentle nature and friendly spirit, Lane helps create a welcoming environment where clients can feel more at ease. While still in training, he is working on developing the skills needed to support therapeutic sessions, offering quiet companionship, emotional grounding, and a little extra comfort along the way.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space dedicated entirely to you—your thoughts, your experiences, and your growth. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for deeper self-understanding, therapy offers the opportunity to slow down and explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your emotions, identify patterns, and develop tools that support lasting change.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, step out of conflict cycles, and truly hear one another again. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, navigating trust concerns, or adjusting to major life changes, therapy helps you better understand both your own needs and your partner’s experience. Together, we work to identify patterns that keep you stuck and build healthier ways of communicating, repairing, and reconnecting.
